Incursion Terms & Conditions

Purpose
These Terms & Conditions outline the agreement between Little Rhythm Co and the booking centre/service. They ensure clarity around bookings, payments, delivery of services, and responsibilities of both parties.
1. Booking & Confirmation
Bookings are confirmed once a completed booking form is submitted and written confirmation is provided by Little Rhythm Co.
By confirming a booking, the centre agrees to these Terms & Conditions in full.
2. Program Delivery
Little Rhythm Co delivers music and movement incursions for children aged 0–5 years.
Sessions are typically 30 minutes per room unless otherwise agreed.
All equipment, instruments, and materials required for sessions are provided by Little Rhythm Co.
3. Pricing
Pricing (unless otherwise agreed in writing):

Weekly Program: $86.50 per session (per room)

One-Off Incursion: $128.50 per session (per room)

Trial Session: Charged at the weekly rate, with minimum session requirements waived
A minimum of two sessions applies to all bookings, excluding trial sessions.
A 10% discount applies to bookings of three or more sessions where applicable.
All pricing is in AUD and subject to change with notice.
4. Payment Terms
An invoice will be issued upon booking confirmation.
Payment is required within 7 days of invoice issue or prior to the first session (whichever occurs first), unless otherwise agreed.
For ongoing programs, invoices may be issued weekly, fortnightly, or monthly in advance.
Late payments may result in suspension of services and/or additional fees as permitted by law.
5. Cancellations & Changes
A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or changes.
Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice may incur the full session fee.
Where possible, sessions may be rescheduled, however this is not guaranteed.
Little Rhythm Co may reschedule sessions due to illness or unforeseen circumstances.
6. Minimums & Trial Sessions
Trial sessions are offered as a single session with the usual minimum booking requirement waived.
Ongoing bookings are subject to a minimum of two sessions.
7. Session Requirements
The centre must provide:

A safe, clear indoor space suitable for movement activities

Staff presence and supervision at all times

Relevant information regarding children’s needs or risks
Little Rhythm Co staff facilitate the session but are not responsible for supervision or behaviour management.
8. Health & Safety
Centres must inform Little Rhythm Co of any health, safety, or risk considerations prior to sessions.
Sessions may be postponed or adjusted in cases of illness outbreaks, unsafe conditions, or risks to children or staff.
9. Liability & Responsibility
Children remain under the supervision and care of the centre at all times.
To the extent permitted by law, Little Rhythm Co is not liable for injury, loss, or damage occurring during sessions where adequate supervision is not provided.
Participation in music and movement activities involves inherent risk.
The centre agrees to indemnify Little Rhythm Co against claims arising from:

Lack of supervision

Breach of these terms

Negligent or wrongful acts by the centre or its staff
10. Insurance
Little Rhythm Co holds appropriate public liability insurance.
The centre is responsible for maintaining its own insurance, including public liability coverage.
11. Intellectual Property
All program content, materials, music, and resources remain the property of Little Rhythm Co or its licensors.
These materials must not be copied, shared, or reproduced without written consent.
12. Photography & Media
Little Rhythm Co will not photograph or record children without prior consent from the centre.
Where consent is provided, images or videos may be used for promotional purposes.
13. Termination
Ongoing bookings may be cancelled by either party with written notice (minimum 7 days unless otherwise agreed).
Any outstanding invoices remain payable upon termination.
14. Force Majeure
Little Rhythm Co is not liable for failure to deliver services due to events beyond reasonable control, including illness, emergencies, or government restrictions.
15. Review & Updates
These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time.
The most current version will apply to all future bookings.
